A change of meaning is a change of being.

movement teacher, artist, curator

I work with individuals to restore coherence in systems under stress. Through oscillatory bodywork, movement sessions, and metabolic support based on resonance. One-to-one sessions, group classes, and retreats.

about

My background: I hold a master’s degree in Arts from Bocconi University. For several years, I worked as an independent curator in Venice, Italy, within the European Cultural Centre, focusing on spatial organisation, architecture, visual art and beauty as essential element of life’s vitality. Over time, this guided me towards studying physical movement and research in physiology.

In younger years I studied at Roerich Academy of Arts in St.Petersburg and was preparing to enter architecture academy, making drawings and developing sensitivity for spacial intervention. Practicing painting and drawing developed my ways of seeing: feeling for weight, form and composition.

I was born in Karelia, on the border with Finland. Growing up in post-Soviet Russia, in the middle of the taiga, had a significant impact on shaping my personality and attitudes. I find deep inspiration in nature and in non-verbal, non-philosophical expressions of purity.

My interests were often directed by a sense of discontent with things I observe around me and within myself.
